Gone are the days when Customers had time and availability to spend 3 to 4 hours, between pre-selecting the necessary documents, traveling to a service desk, waiting for their turn and filling out the required forms to open a bank account.
The challenges to the industry are born from apparently opposite fields: growth in the notion of Consumer power, with a sharp decrease in the concepts of loyalty together with unlimited access to competitive information and, on the other hand, the regulatory increase on all monetary and financial transactions that implies adoption of quick but highly evolving solutions.
